Bob Hammell is based in the greater Vancouver area. Bob is an experienced executive from the building and construction industry with more than 40 years specifically in the pre-engineered building components sector. After a successful career as a professional racer, Bob started a career in the construction industry as a designer drafter for one of Canada’s largest log home producers based in Ontario. After several years he moved into the pre-engineered sector with another Ontario based company. Over the ensuing 40 years, Bob helped lead the expansion of the company across Canada and the USA including opening up the Western Canada Manufacturing facility and helping it to become the largest pre-engineered building component manufacturer in Canada.. During his career Bob has been involved in the construction of hundreds of homes, apartments, condos and commercial buildings of all types having also designed and delivered buildings and building component packages throughout North America, Europe and Asia (where he has also represented Canada as part of the international Canada Wood trade delegations. Bob is still actively involved in the pre-engineered construction industry as one of the co-founders of a new pre-engineered housing and construction component company based out of Ontario.
